Your Cuisine Chef (YCC) provides full professional service and on-site preparation of nutritional fare to schools, colleges, and other commercial entities and special events in Texas and Louisiana. We prepare all food freshly and daily from the best hand-selected ingredients according to their seasonal availability. We hold our standards to the highest level of service, going above and beyond to adhere to each school’s specific needs.

Our company’s primary goal is to exceed the expectations of our independent schools, charter schools, and business dining partners and clients. We serve all grade levels as well as teachers and administrators. Each school is managed by a Chef Manager and supported by a clerical assistant, are a manager, and area administrator.

In addition to the preceding, we handle special event catering for these institutions (graduations, pre-game meals, board meetings, senor birthday celebrations, concessions, holidays, weekend events, etc.) and provide full-service event catering for corporations and other organizations. Our friendly and professional staff is experienced in all facets of foodservice and receives ongoing quarterly training in customer service, culinary training, and food safety. All managers, chefs, clerical assistants, area administrators, and kitchen supervisors have food service manager certifications.
